02Data received from the platforms

When you connect an account (YouTube/Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), YH Studio receives, through each platform's official APIs and with your authorisation: your profile (name, identifier, picture), the list of your pages, channels and accounts, the content you publish through the tool, and the statistics of those posts.

YH Studio only accesses the data needed to schedule and measure the posts you schedule yourself.

03Purpose

This data is used solely to publish and measure the posts you schedule yourself on your accounts. It is not used for any other purpose.

04Storage, sharing and artificial intelligence

Data is stored on a server located in France (host Ikoula), within the European Union.

It is never sold or shared with third parties, and is never used to train an artificial intelligence model.

05Retention and deletion

Data is kept for as long as your account is connected to YH Studio. You can disconnect an account from the tool at any time and request deletion of your data.

06Google / YouTube data

YH Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your use of YouTube through YH Studio is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

07Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Send your request to contact@yhconsulting.fr; you will receive a reply within thirty days.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g. the CNIL in France).
